First- The Sport Culture and Education Committee:

1. Organize the educational exhibitions with the participation of all sectors of education; public, private, technical, vocational, and university education, in addition to the participation of clubs, federations, institutions and sports organizations.

2. Organize educational seminars and workshops related to the sport field.

3. Organize Sport Days events, training courses and workshops.

4. Organize cultural and educational contests.

5. Enhance the ethics of the profession in the sport field and contribute to the issuance of professional licenses.

6. Organize a special Olympiad for sport culture among school and university students.

7. Propose partnerships, protocols and cooperation agreements with the relevant bodies and authorities in line with the work of the Committee.

8. Make proposals to implement the strategic plan initiatives that are compatible with the Committee's work.

9. Make suggestions for the best international practices in the work field of the Committee.

 

Second- Media and Public Relations Committee:

1. Develop media plans for the Federation's activities and publicize them.

2. Document the federation’s events and activities, and post them on the federation's website.

3. Design a media agenda related to sport media professionals, and coordinate with them to attend the events.

4. Make training courses for media professionals to highlight the various games.

5. Hold a series of introductory workshops for specialists in sport media to introduce the Federation's activities, events and publicize it.

6. Prepare visit programs for senior officials and guests of the Federation.

7. Coordinate the efforts with the concerned authorities regarding the Federation's guests coming from abroad, and provide all the necessary facilities to receive them.

8. Propose partnerships, protocols and cooperation agreements with the relevant bodies and organizations in line with the work of the Committee.

9. Make proposals to implement the strategic plan initiatives that are compatible with the Committee's work.

10. Make suggestions for the best international practices in the work field of the Committee.

 

Third- Culture, Tourism, and Entertainment Committee:

1. Develop plans to link sport tourism with the sport culture in the Kingdom.

2. A live broadcast for all the Federation's activities that are related to tourism and entertainment to strengthen the relationship with them.

3. Promote the culture of sport tourism and entertainment among members of the community and enhance its sport awareness.

4. Organize events related to the promotion of the culture of tourism and entertainment in partnership with the relevant authorities.

5. Publish leaflets and articles that contribute to the promotion of the culture of sport tourism and entertainment.

6. Propose partnerships, protocols and cooperation agreements with the relevant bodies and organizations in line with the work of the Committee.

7. Make proposals to implement the strategic plan initiatives that are compatible with the Committee's work.

8. Make suggestions for the best international practices in the work field of the Committee.

 

Fourth- The Scientific and International Relations Committee:

1. Supervise the federation’s Scientific Research Center.

2. Establish academic programs in the field of sport culture.

3. Create a refereed scientific journal.

4. Create a monthly magazine on sports culture.

5. Issue sport educational and awareness leaflets and pamphlets.

6. Communicate with other federations, international organizations and committees.

7. Organize seminars and conferences.

8. Supervise events, Sport Days, training courses and workshops.

9. Request from scholars and researchers to make an educational series in the sport field.

10. Establish research chairs in partnership with the relevant authorities.

11. Support the writing and translation of books in the field of sport in general and the field of sport culture in particular.

12. Propose partnerships, protocols and cooperation agreements with the relevant bodies and organizations in line with the work of the Committee.

13. Make proposals to implement the strategic plan initiatives that are compatible with the Committee's work.

14. Make suggestions for the best international practices in the work field of the Committee.

 

Fifth- Sports Marketing Committee:

1. Put marketing plans for the federation's activities within the sport clubs.

2. Investment of the economic establishments in marketing the trade brand in sport clubs.

3. Use of national, international, continental and Olympic tournaments, and competitions in the sport marketing of the federation.

4. Hold community partnerships with ministries, agencies, companies and institutions.

5. Find sponsors and financiers for the activities of the federation, with the implementation of joint activities with some relevant authorities.

6. Propose partnerships, protocols and cooperation agreements with the relevant bodies and organizations in line with the work of the Committee.

7. Make proposals to implement the strategic plan initiatives that are compatible with the Committee's work.

8. Make suggestions for the best international practices in the work field of the Committee.

 

Sixth- Support and Assistance Committee:

1. Provide the supporting equipment for any event organized by the Federation.

2. Prepare the tools and equipment that contribute to the success of the federation' activities.

3. Manage the social media platform for seminars, workshops and conferences.

4. Follow-up and supervise all activities and prepare reports on them.

5. Establish the volunteer taskforce teams required to implement the various activities.

6. Propose partnerships, protocols and cooperation agreements with the relevant bodies and organizations in line with the work of the Committee.
