'The Culture of Volunteerism in Sport Events' ….. training course.

The Leaders’ Institute, in cooperation with the Saudi Sport Culture Federation (SSCF), held a training course entitled: “The Culture of Volunteerism in Sport Events” from 27-29 March 2022 in the Al-Khobar city.

The course included several axes. On the first day: Introducing the Saudi Sport Culture Federation, Volunteerism and the Kingdom’s vision, Learning Resources, Definitions related to volunteerism, Regulations of volunteerism, and Rights and Duties of volunteering work. Axes of the second day: The Industry of Sport Activities and Events, the Concept of Sport Event Management, An Industry Leader in Volunteering Work, An Industry Volunteer Work Team, and Communication Skills. The course was then concluded with the topics of the third day: Elements of Communication in Team Building, The Organizational Structure in the Volunteering Team Industry, Factors Affecting the Industry of Sprot Activities, and Stories of Success.

25 participants from several sectors from the eastern region participated in the course, which was presented by Dr. Mohammed Saleh Al-Sulaiman and supervised by Mr. Omar Badr Al-Osaimi.
