Submitting Abstract

Participation Requirements

• Participants wishing to present a paper within the conference themes must adhere to the following:

• An abstract, along with the participation form and a brief academic biography of the researcher, must be submitted no later than 26/11/2025, and it must fall within the conference themes.

• Full papers may be submitted in Arabic or English, accompanied by an abstract in both languages, no later than 26/12/2025.

• All submitted papers will undergo scientific peer review by the conference’s Scientific Committee.

• Full papers must be submitted in a Word file via email to the Saudi Federation for Sports Culture no later than 25/10/2025, and must meet the following formatting guidelines:
  - Papers in Arabic: font size 14, font type Traditional Arabic.
  - Papers in English: font size 12, font type Times New Roman.

• The maximum length of the research paper is 25 pages.

• Papers that have been previously accepted at other conferences or accepted for publication in academic journals will not be accepted.

• The Federation does not cover travel tickets or accommodation expenses for participants coming from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

• The Federation will assist participants whose papers are accepted in obtaining an entry visa to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
