"Organizational Behavior in Sport Organizations"

A training course held by the Saudi Sport Culture Federation (SSCF).

The Saudi Sport Culture Federation, in cooperation with the Leaders’ Institute, held a virtual training course entitled "Organizational Behavior in Sport Organizations" from 18-19 April 2022 via Zoom. Dr. Muhammad Al-Shammari, an Assistant Professor, in the Sport and Recreational Department at the College of Sports Sciences and Physical Activity, was the lecturer of the course. The most prominent topics of the course: Factors Affecting Behavior, Attitudes Related to the Organizational Context, and Emotional Intelligence. The course had attained a great turnout and interaction, where the number of attendees reached 629 participants (432 males - 197 females).
